Virtuse Exchange is the bridge between the old financial and the new crypto world. We took the best aspects from both worlds in order to create the next generation exchange that brings new opportunities for investors around the world.

2. Advanced customer services including integrated data feed for crypto, stocks, and commodities

One of the biggest problems traders see in currently available crypto exchanges is the lack of professionalism and friendliness of customer services departments and representatives. Frankly, they are often considered to be only, “slightly,” better than call centers. According to the Cryptoexchange Problems Survey, 33% of the surveyed traders mentioned unethical response time from support team on issues like account suspension, 2FA issues, withdrawal and deposit information or missing funds while trading.

3. Risk management features — no more “Socialized losses”

At VEX we believe markets have to be transparent, open to everyone and fair. Unlike the other crypto exhanges, we do not practice any leveraged investment products.

Most of crypto exhanges enable margin trading with use of 10x up to 100x leverage which is the best way to lose all your money fast. There is an enormously dangerous risk in case of loss because of “Socialized losses” mechanism which means leverage exchanges take money from traders that are in profit to pay the losses of bankrupted traders. Taking into account the falling price of the market we saw in November, we do not encourage leveraged investment products.

On our platform, you will be not dealing with this kind of amoral practices. We established prudent investment criteria which means all investments will be backed by collateral, and no one guarantees to pay back the debts of responsible individuals.
